This past week was the week of awesome engagement shoots, let me tell you. Just after we finished Julie and Matt’s amazing sailboat session (see below!), we headed over to Olbrich Gardens to shoot Erin and Nick. With cameras.Â
Olbrich Gardens is such a beautiful place at sunset. We had a great time wandering the grounds and finding cute little spots. The scenery there makes it difficult not to take a gorgeous photograph, and a couple as cute as Erin and Nick make it nearly impossible! After the gardens, we wandered over to another fun (and secret) spot. Props to my friend Jesse for finding this fantastic spot and letting me know about it- I’ll be back for sure. The building, with its prarie growth around it, is very interesting and makes a great backdrop.
I’m really looking forward to Erin and Nick’s October wedding- thanks to both of you guys for being such great sports in the heat, and enjoy your preview!
I love the look on Erin’s face in the next one, as her hubby-to-be backflips off the landing… It says “oh, isn’t he so cute?”Â
And this one may be my favorite from the whole shoot…although it’s REALLY hard to choose!
